Great to see USP still in the race after 20 years!! Chris and the team were professional and thorough with all my questions and did great work as always!! Being in business for 20 years speaks volumes about the quality of service and workmanship you get at USP. Definitely recommend!!

More stellar work from the USP team. TTRS in for some serious upgrade goodies and S6 in for new brake pads and a flush. Wouldn't have my cars worked on anywhere else.

After having a bad experience, a representative from USP Motorsports went out of his way to make things right. I appreciated the fact that he took time out of his day to call me and explain the situation. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that everyone at USP appreciates the feedback I gave as it can only help them improve. I could hear the guy on the other end was genuinely sorry about the whole situation and could tell he cared. That is good customer service. Forgot his name, sorry LOL.

Tyler is always very responsive. We could service our cars (3) in Miami where we live, but we come up north just because you’re reliability and good work. Tyler, Jon, Eddy - second to none !!!

I was quoted $ 199.00 for an "A" service on our 2014 low mileage E-350 Mercedes Benz. I feel Euro Car Car should advise customers that this "A" service for Mercedes Benz vehicles, does not include parts and labor for the Air Filter and Cabin filter which may be needed. In our case, the car needed an Air Filter and installation which came to an additional $ 129.10. If the cabin filter had needed changing ...... this probably would have increased the bill by another $ 100.00 or more. I was very satisfied with their review of our car as they identified other potential issues, which we are addressing. I would highly recommend this company to others seeking to service their vehicles. Their staff is not only very professional and honest, but also very personable.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never seen anything like it... Ordered spark plugs which I was told were in stock. After they didn't ship in a week, I emailed for an update and was informed they would ship out the next week because they are waiting for a shipment. I have sent them three emails since then... It has now been a month since I've heard from them... I have yet to receive the products... I had to dispute the charge because I couldn't even get ahold of them to cancel the order. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
