I have usually had good experiances in store but I recently ordered a $1260 dollar clutch kit. The amount of customer service I recieved through the phone was absolutely pitful. I asked for a few torque specs as I searched everywhere online and could not find them. I was put on hold for 20 minutes until I called again. They hung up on me and did not pick up the phone again. Either go to the store to buy the product but do not purchase online as they will not help you at all.

Hello Bhupin, Thanks for the review good or bad we are glad you took the time to let us know how we did. To be fair about this I do recall picking up one of the phone calls myself where you asked for the flywheel torque specs, I was able to pull those up and gave you all the specs you would need. I did review the next few calls where you were asking for torque specs to the transmission/axles/mount’s/ETC. Those are those are things we can provide but are very detailed and would take time to locate every single bolt. A request like that is better done over our support ticket system. I apologize we did not meet you expectation, but please let us know if you need any more help.
