By Far the worst customer service. I ordered a new exhaust for my 2008 Golf R and everything was going great until we tried to install it. as you can see from the picture there is a small piece of sheet metal blocking one of the oxygen sensors preventing the sensor from being properly installed. The part that really sucks is how long its taking to get this issue resolved. I am in week 2 right now of going back and forth with the USP reps and the only thing that has changed are their excuses. I have been without my car for over a week longer than necessary because of this. If you’re buying online stay away from USP all you really get from their customer service is a headache and a lot of excuses.
