After having a bad experience, a representative from USP went out of his way to make things right. I appreciated the fact that he took time out of his day to call me and explain the situation. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that everyone at USP appreciates the feedback I gave as it can only help them improve. I could hear the guy on the other end was genuinely sorry about the whole situation and could tell he cared. That is good customer service. Forgot his name, sorry LOL.
