My family has been bringing our VW’s and Audi’s to this location since 2005 and they have always provided outstanding service. Recently I brought my 2015 GTI in to have the Rear Main Seal replaced since there was a revision and Tyler at USP worked with me in every way to ensure that I was updated in regards to the return time of having my vehicle back as well as ensuring that I would be able to pick it up in a timely manner. The customer service that all of the staff provide is outstanding, but most of all Tyler Amadon is a big asset for USP. Anytime I have the opportunity to talk with another VW/Audi enthusiast about cars, I will always recommend USP.
