Referred by a friend and we were very pleased. Gloria was helpful from the beginning to end of our service. We were kept informed every step of the way. We did some checking on repair cost with the dealer. The dealer’s cost was lower for the repair. We shared this information and USP responded by lowering the cost. I think that says a lot about their customer service. Very pleased. Will use them again.
