I have been bringing USP my 2013 GTI the past 5 years for service. They are truly on another level compared to other “shops” I have done business with, and always go out of their way to make sure I have a pleasant experience. They also go beyond what dealerships can offer as they provide aftermarket solutions to common problems where the OEM has failed. It is over a 1-hour drive for me but has been well worth the trip every time!
