Ordered an LED bulb to replace my burnt out one, was shipped one that was defective. Price was competitive to other companies. But it’s been almost a week after I filled out the return form for the defective bulb, still haven’t shipped out a new bulb. Something as simple as changing a light bulb turned into a 2 week project of waiting, following up, waiting, following up. Will update review once issue gets resolved.
