Great customer service and very experienced people who know a ton of knowledge on german vehicles. Started my journey so far with an upgraded clutch and a few other modifications to my Mk7. I used to get my car serviced at my local vw dealer, now I bring my car to USP which is half hour drive from where I live. I don’t mind because I know they go the extra mile to get the job done perfectly.
