Tyler is always asking if you have any questions and is willing to answer any questions you may have. I had some glue left on my wheels after the VW dealership removed old tape weights and they did not clean the area as I had requested. Tyler went the extra step and cleaned the rims during my recent Liquid Moly oil change. The shop is extremely efficient in the service of my car and reporting any issues or things to look out for that could cause a problem. I have been going to USP for 2 years now, and I have no problem highly recommending USP.
