It took 5 days instead of 2, but, and it’s a big but, the car appears to be fixed correctly. That means more to me than the parts hang ups from the distributors. I would say they are a quality alternative to a dealer visit. I don’t know that there is a cost savings per se, but you may experience better quality parts and proper and respectful service instead of the usual Zeitgeist experience at the dealership.
