Five star service from the second I called. My Audi S3 was having misfire issues so I changed the plugs and coils with no improvement. I had suspected carbon buildup and called USP Euro Car Care for help. Tyler answer the phone and was very quick to tell me he wanted to diagnose the problem before jumping to conclusions. I appreciated that and the fact that he wasn’t trying to upsell me. A day prior to bringing my car in to them my water pump started leaking. I once again spoke with Tyler and he was able to work with me on getting it fixed. Once I brought my car in I knew I was bringing it to professionals who knew what they were doing. Tyler had an actual water pump and SHOWED me how they fail and the procedures for replacing them. Later on he confirmed my car needed a carbon cleaning and showed me photos of my intake valves. I went ahead and green lighted all work on the car feeling comfortable with having them repair it. I called around for quotes on carbon cleaning and no one ever mentioned replacing the intake and injector gaskets like Tyler did. Tyler even offered arranging a rental for me if I needed. Once I got my car back I noticed it was spotless – they had detailed it. If you own an Audi or any other European car I would not hesitate bringing it USP Euro Car Care !!!
