I’ve owned two VWs in the past and brought them to this shop for performance work to be done. I’ve never had any issues with the staff and their professionalism. The labor rates cost more than the typical auto repair shop and it’s because they are considered a PERFORMANCE auto shop despite offering maintenance/repair type of services that you would find at most auto repair/service establishments. Unfortunately, I decided to switch back to driving a Japanese car for economical and parenting reasons but would definitely go back to USP if I decide to buy a VW or Audi as a project car. Keep up the great work!
Thanks For the review John, I do recall a few of your cars from the past. Glad you were happy with our work. We have put out a huge effort in the last 15 years to do everything we can to please our customers. Hope to see you back some day.
