Horrible Experience had to pay to get my car checked and get no work done to it. Wouldn’t recommend anyone coming to this place.

Here at USP we always communicate to the customer upfront, if we spend time to diagnose a problem and the customer doesn’t want to fix it with us there is a service charge, if the customer decides to fix it with us there is no fee charged. I do recall our tech spent 2 hours diagnosing multiply problems in your vehicle. If you feel there was no added value for this service by all means contact us for a full refund of the 1 hour labor you were charged. Thanks again,
