We had to tow the car in due to what was found to be a blown heater hose. The team at USP worked us in after arriving at 11:00 am and had the car diagnosed and up and running the same day. They always accomodate the customer. They checked out the whole cooling system and found that only the one hose needed replacement. Most shops would have sold you parts you don’t need and would not have worked you into their schedule so quickly.
